ClinicalTrialsFeeds.org provides a lightweight RSS wrapper for U.S. National Institutes of Health Clinical Trials search data. It is designed to complement the authoritative Clinical Trials database maintained by the NIH and the National Library of Medicine at the ClinicalTrials.gov site. All information provided here is sourced directly from this U.S. Government database -- its content is not altered in any way. Moreover, no Clinical Trials information is cached locally at this site: all results are returned on-the-fly directly from the U.S. government database, so you can be assured you will always receive the most up-to-date information available. The processing date is displayed on every page of Clinical Trials information.
The intended audience of this service echoes that of the U.S. government's Clinical Trials database, the purpose of which is to provide "patients, family members, health care professionals, and members of the public easy access to information on clinical trials for a wide range of diseases and conditions".
The service is completely free.
The RSS Clinical Trials News Feed service was created as a programming project by Dr Greg Mulhauser at Mulhauser Consulting, Ltd. and is now being provided as a public service. Having provided this service for over a year without displaying advertisements of any kind, we have now decided to trial contextual advertising from Google AdSense; we welcome your feedback on how advertising impacts on your use of the site.
The information provided here is intended to support and complement, not replace, the relationship between patient and physician, and all Clinical Trials information provided here is subject to the U.S. Government's Terms and Conditions for Use.
