Inclusion Criteria:
- Severe Aortic Stenosis
- NYHA Class 2-4 CHF Symptoms
- Age > 75
- EuroSCORE > 7
- Prohibitively High Risk for Aortic Valve Replacement Surgery as Designated by a Cardiac Surgeon
