Criteria for Participation in this Clinical Trial
Inclusion Criteria:
- Subjects with mild diabetes without prior medications or impaired glucose tolerance
Exclusion Criteria:
- Pregnancy
- Recent major cardiac, renal and hepatic disease
- Intolerance to alcohol
- Allergy to acarbose treatment
