Criteria for Participation in this Clinical Trial
Inclusion Criteria:
- Monolingual Spanish Speaking
- Obese (BMI >= 30)
Exclusion Criteria:
- Pregnancy
- Current cardiac disease
- Serious neurologic illnesses
